Abstract

Dalam satu dekade terakhir, terdapat sejumlah kajian mengenai mindfulness dan meningkatnya minat untuk menggunakan intervensi berbasis mindfulness. Five Facet Mindfulness Questionnaire (FFMQ) adalah salah satu instrument alat ukur yang paling banyak digunakan untuk mengukur tingkat mindfulness dan dikembangkan berdasarkan skala mindfulness sebelumnya yang dilakukan oleh beberapa peneliti mindfulness. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengadaptasi Five Facet Mindfulness Questionnaire (FFMQ) kedalam Bahasa Indonesia untuk sampel umum. Proses adaptasi dan modifikasi skala mindfulness pada penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan metodologi campuran (mix method) dan dilakukan pengujian terhadap 314 responden. Temuan dari studi ini mengindikasikan bahwa FFMQ versi Bahasa Indonesia menunjukan koefisien reliabilitas cukup hingga baik, serta bersadarkan seluruh pembuktian validitas dan reliabilitas alat ukur, FFMQ versi Bahasa Indonesia dinyatakan memiliki tingkat keandalan yang baik serta memiliki validitas yang kuat. Model pengukuran yang paling cocok untuk FFMQ Bahasa Indonesia ini adalah model Hierarchical Five Factor.
