This dance evolved from symbolic representations of community activities, particularly the hard work of farmers in the rice fields, which were later transformed into a dance performance by residents and artists. The essence of the Kebo Kinul movements is derived from everyday community activities. For example, the footsteps symbolize the movements of buffaloes, the shoulder movements represent the strength of the buffalo, and the rotating movements convey energy and enthusiasm. The stiff movements are not considered a weakness of the dance; instead, they have become one of its distinctive characteristics. In addition, the use of costumes made from straw further strengthens the identity and uniqueness of the dance. Furthermore, the costumes and performance forms contain figurative meanings that illustrate the relationship between humans, animals, and the surrounding environment. In general, Kebo Kinul Dance is not merely a form of entertainment, but also symbolizes persistence, togetherness, humility, and gratitude to the Creator for the harvest and the life that have been received
Adiba Ussy Admaja, R. Oil palm is an important plantation commodity in Indonesia that plays a significant role in the national economy, providing employment, and producing vegetable oil and alternative fuels. Plant productivity is influenced by several factors such as rainfall, temperature, land suitability, fertilization, pest attacks, and production labor. The study was conducted using a descriptive method with secondary data collection in Afdeling IV Kebun Baru PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Regional VI. The data analyzed included rainfall, plantation production, labor, fertilization, and land conditions in 2023–2025. The results showed that rainfall conditions in Afdeling IV were classified as unstable. 2025 had the highest rainfall of 2,237 mm with two dry months, while 2023 and 2024 experienced four dry months. Unstable rainfall causes a decrease in production because it affects the formation of fresh fruit bunches (FFB), harvesting activities, road conditions, and the quality of production results. Production data shows that production realization in several years did not reach the RKAP target, especially in 2025, which experienced the largest production decline. The 2010–2012 planting year had higher productivity and average bunch weight (AGBW) compared to the young planting year, but in general, AGBW decreased each year. In addition to climate factors, the decline in productivity was also influenced by attacks by long-tailed monkeys (Macaca fascicularis), which caused shrinkage of FFB and a decrease in AGBW. Controlled efforts have been carried out through the installation of traps, but the results have not been effective because the plantation location is directly adjacent to a forest area. Other factors affecting productivity are fertilization and production labor. Fertilization is carried out twice a year using Urea, Dolomite, MOP, TSP, and NPK Mutiara fertilizers according to the company's standard dosage. Meanwhile, the harvesting workforce in Afdeling IV numbered 20 people with a contract basis adjusted based on the planting year and average bunch weight of the plants. Overall, the study concluded that oil palm productivity in Afdeling IV Kebun Baru is influenced by environmental factors, particularly rainfall, pest infestation, fertilizer effectiveness, and labor. The results of this study indicate that efforts to increase oil palm productivity require management strategies that can adapt to changing climate conditions as well as the implementation of integrated and sustainable pest control.
Fathan Hably Azya, Sri Murti Tarigan Copyright (c) 2026 Fathan Hably Azya, Sri Murti Tarigan https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 https://www.jurnal.ranahresearch.com/index.php/R2J/article/view/2151 Fri, 12 Jun 2026 13:11:26 +0000 Analisis Teknis dan Ekonomi Usaha Pemotongan Sapi Berdasarkan Bobot Badan Hidup, Bobot Karkas, Biaya Produksi, dan Hasil Penjualan https://www.jurnal.ranahresearch.com/index.php/R2J/article/view/2119
This study aims to analyze the technical and economic analysis of the cattle slaughter business at PT. While government subsidies and supportive policies have been introduced, adoption rates remain persistently low, highlighting the need for a deeper understanding of consumer perceptions. This study provides a descriptive portrait of consumer perceptions toward electric motorcycle adoption based on a cross-sectional survey of 786 respondents across major Indonesian cities. Nine constructs were examined: Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, Facilitating Conditions, Hedonic Motivation, Price Value, Habit, Brand Trust, and Purchase Intention. Descriptive statistics and segmentation analyses were conducted across income, gender, and vehicle ownership groups. Findings indicate that Effort Expectancy and Brand Trust were the most favorably rated constructs, while Habit recorded the lowest means, reflecting psychological attachment to conventional motorcycles. Public charging infrastructure availability emerged as the weakest facilitating factor. Income showed the clearest demographic differentiation, with higher-income respondents reporting more positive perceptions across virtually all constructs. Gender differences were minimal, and current EM owners consistently reported more favorable perceptions than non-owners. These findings provide a granular baseline to inform targeted strategies for policymakers, manufacturers, and marketers seeking to accelerate sustainable mobility transition in Indonesia.
Tauriq Aldila Firdaus, Yuniaristanto Yuniaristanto, Retno Wulan Damayanti Copyright (c) 2026 Tauriq Aldila Firdaus, Yuniaristanto Yuniaristanto, Retno Wulan Damayanti https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 https://www.jurnal.ranahresearch.com/index.php/R2J/article/view/2137 Sun, 14 Jun 2026 17:00:45 +0000 Pengaruh Persepsi Wisatawan terhadap Kondisi Kebersihan Lingkungan terhadap Keputusan Berkunjung ke Bali https://www.jurnal.ranahresearch.com/index.php/R2J/article/view/2146
Environmental cleanliness is one of the important factors in determining the attractiveness of a tourist destination, especially in Bali, which is known as a world-class tourism destination. A Systematic Review on Laser Efficiency and Stone-Free Outcomes in the Era of Advanced Lithotripsy https://www.jurnal.ranahresearch.com/index.php/R2J/article/view/2134
Endoscopic laser lithotripsy has become the standard treatment for urinary stones, yet preoperative imaging parameters that predict laser efficiency and stone-free outcomes remain incompletely characterized. This systematic review synthesizes evidence on current imaging-based predictors of laser efficiency and stone-free outcomes in endoscopic laser lithotripsy, with the goal of informing precision surgical planning and future predictive modeling. A systematic review was conducted following PRISMA guidelines. We screened studies evaluating adult patients (≥18 years) with urinary stones undergoing endoscopic laser lithotripsy with preoperative imaging assessment and reported relationships between imaging parameters and treatment outcomes. Data extraction included patient characteristics, imaging parameters, laser technology, efficiency metrics, stone-free outcomes, and statistical relationships. One hundred ten studies comprising 23,847 patients met inclusion criteria. Stone density >1000 HU predicted significantly lower single-session stone-free rates (40% vs 95%, p=0.01) and longer operative time (75±15 vs 55±13 minutes, p<0.01) for stones >2 cm. Stone size >20 mm reduced stone-free rates to 68% versus 100% for stones ≤20 mm, with first-procedure success of only 25.0% for bilateral total diameter >30 mm. Lower pole location independently predicted reduced stone-free rates (OR 0.523, p<0.001), while stone relocation improved 3-month stone-free rates from 84.4% to 97.8% (p=0.026). Higher BMI unexpectedly predicted improved stone-free rates (OR 1.17, p=0.022). Thulium fiber laser demonstrated shorter lasing time (7.4±1.8 vs 14.8±1.5 minutes, p=0.011) and comparable stone-free rates to Ho: YAG. The SMASH score (HU × size/100) with cut-off of 15 distinguished RIRS success rates (82% vs 61%, p=0.03). Flexible and navigable suction ureteral access sheath (FANS) achieved 94.7-97.5% stone-free rates. Stone imaging characteristics helped predict complex surgical procedures and outcomes of endoscopic lithotripsy․ Imaging methods differed in their ability to predict procedural difficulty‚ with density being most predictive for large stones․ The anatomical location and stone burden helped predict procedural feasibility and stone clearance․ Support is provided for transitioning from descriptive imaging to predictive imaging-based surgical planning and the potential for imaging biomarkers and technology-dependent parameters to individualize surgery and optimize laser parameters․Stone density >1000 HU, size >20 mm, and lower pole location are validated predictors of reduced laser efficiency and stone-free outcomes. Composite scores such as Stone Management According to Size-Hardness (SMASH) score‚ show that radiological factors can be integrated into clinical decision-making for kidney stone management․ These results will allow for the next steps towards the use of artificial intelligence–driven predictive models for personalized endoscopic stone surgery and urinary stone treatment planning․
Muhammad Rizki Fadil, Muhammad Isran Aqsa Nugraha, Jeremia Yusak Lestari, Archie Fontana Iskandar, Wa'el Jaidi Copyright (c) 2026 Muhammad Rizki Fadil, Muhammad Isran Aqsa Nugraha, Jeremia Yusak Lestari, Archie Fontana Iskandar, Wa'el Jaidi https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 https://www.jurnal.ranahresearch.com/index.php/R2J/article/view/2134 Thu, 18 Jun 2026 12:13:26 +0000 Partisipasi Masyarakat Lokal dalam Pengembangan Daya Tarik Wisata Pura Lempuyang di Kabupaten Karangasem, Provinsi Bali https://www.jurnal.ranahresearch.com/index.php/R2J/article/view/2122
This study is motivated by the importance of local community participation in community-based tourism development, particularly at the Pura Lempuyang Tourist Attraction in Karangasem Regency, Bali. Although local communities have been involved in various tourism activities, the level of participation and distribution of roles in decision-making remain important issues to be examined. This research aims to analyze the forms of participation, levels of participation, and the impacts of local community participation in the development of tourism at Pura Lempuyang. This study employs a descriptive approach using both qualitative and quantitative data. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observation, documentation, and questionnaires distributed to local community members. Qualitative data were analyzed thematically using NVivo, while quantitative data were analyzed using a Likert scale based on Arnstein’s ladder of participation (1969). The findings indicate that community participation is predominantly characterized as induced participation, with the main involvement occurring in operational and economic aspects of tourism. The level of participation is situated at the degrees of tokenism, particularly at the informing stage, where the community is involved through information dissemination and consultation but has limited influence on decision-making processes. Community participation also generates positive impacts on economic, social and cultural aspects, including increased income, expanded business opportunities, strengthened social interaction, and reinforcement of cultural and religious values. This study concludes that community participation in Pura Lempuyang has developed but still requires strengthening in terms of authority distribution, equitable benefit-sharing, and involvement in strategic planning to ensure more inclusive and sustainable community-based tourism development.
Desak Gede Susila, I Wayan Suardana, Ni Putu Ratna Sari Copyright (c) 2026 Desak Gede Susila, I Wayan Suardana, Ni Putu Ratna Sari https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 https://www.jurnal.ranahresearch.com/index.php/R2J/article/view/2122 Thu, 18 Jun 2026 14:12:06 +0000 Trends, Frameworks, and Reference Models in Public Sector Enterprise Architecture: A Systematic Review https://www.jurnal.ranahresearch.com/index.php/R2J/article/view/2105
Global Trends and Reference Models in Public Sector Enterprise Architecture: A Systematic Review” examines enterprise architecture implementation in the public sector across countries. Enterprise architecture is increasingly used as a strategic instrument to support digital transformation and interoperability, yet existing studies remain fragmented and lack cross-country synthesis. This study aims to identify global trends, reference models, best practices, and challenges in public sector enterprise architecture implementation. The method used is a systematic literature review following the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses protocol, analyzing 23 peer-reviewed studies published between 2020 and 2025. The results show that The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) is the most frequently adopted framework and often becomes the basis for localized national models. This study identifies 15 reference models classified into national-level, domain-specific, regional government, and organizational agile models. Successful implementation is influenced by government commitment, inter-agency collaboration, and alignment with digital transformation strategies. The study concludes that enterprise architecture plays both strategic and technical roles in strengthening public governance. For public sector policymakers, the findings indicate that EA initiatives should be supported by clear governance mandates, cross-agency coordination mechanisms, and contextual adaptation of global frameworks to national priorities and institutional capacity.
Amanda Ghaisani, Dencaswo Purnomo, Dana Indra Sensuse, Sofian Lusa, Nurcholis Ramlan Copyright (c) 2026 Amanda Ghaisani, Dencaswo Purnomo, Dana Indra Sensuse, Sofian Lusa, Nurcholis Ramlan https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 https://www.jurnal.ranahresearch.com/index.php/R2J/article/view/2105 Thu, 18 Jun 2026 16:25:27 +0000 AI-Driven Knowledge Sharing in the Banking Sector: Challenges and Approaches https://www.jurnal.ranahresearch.com/index.php/R2J/article/view/2121
Digitalization is becoming increasingly relevant for banking, hence the necessity for a practical Knowledge Management (KM) system that can facilitate rapid innovation and ensure proper regulatory compliance. While there is growing recognition of KM as a strategic driver of performance, it is implemented in a fragmented way within financial institutions and limited by technology, organizational and governance barriers. This paper presents a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) following the PRISMA 2020 protocol, aiming to identify, evaluate and synthesize the academic literature published between 2020 and 2025 on the integration of AI and KM in the banking context. Forty primary studies were examined via narrative synthesis to address two research inquiries: the challenges of AI-driven knowledge sharing (RQ1) and AI-based methodologies and best practices that enhance knowledge management processes (RQ2). The findings identify three main challenge domains data and technology infrastructure, organizational and human factors, and governance, security, and ethics constraints and six main solution categories, including NLP, machine learning, knowledge graphs, expert systems, human-AI hybrid collaboration, and ethical AI governance frameworks. These findings lead to the idea that the use of AI improves the accessibility of knowledge, learning and creativity and its efficiency depends on the capacity of the appropriate KM, absorptive capacity and maturity of governance. This study conducted a systematic literature review adhering to the PRISMA 2020 protocol, encompassing 15 peer-reviewed articles retrieved from PubMed, Scopus, and Web of Science covering the period 2016 to 2024, specifically examining GC-MS-based methods for aldehyde determination in e-liquid matrices. Comparative synthesis demonstrated that headspace GC-MS incorporating isotopic internal standards constitutes the most robust analytical approach, consistently achieving linearity coefficients exceeding R²>0.990 without the requirement for chemical derivatization. Formaldehyde, acetaldehyde, and acrolein were recurrently identified as predominant aldehydes, with emission intensities exhibiting strong positive correlation with device operational parameters including voltage and heating power. Detection of formaldehyde-hemiacetal revealed substantial underestimation inherent to conventional measurement approaches regarding total aldehyde exposure. Pronounced methodological fragmentation across laboratories and the absence of matrix-specific certified reference materials represent principal barriers to global interlaboratory data harmonization. Standardization of reference methods through international interlaboratory collaboration is critically recommended to ensure robust and effective safety surveillance of electronic cigarette products.
Ismatun Wafiyah, Mochammad Yuwono, Riesta Primaharinastiti Copyright (c) 2026 Ismatun Wafiyah, Mochammad Yuwono, Riesta Primaharinastiti https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 https://www.jurnal.ranahresearch.com/index.php/R2J/article/view/2120 Fri, 19 Jun 2026 11:15:48 +0000 Faktor yang Memengaruhi Distress Psikologis pada Pekerja Rantau: Tinjauan Sistematik https://www.jurnal.ranahresearch.com/index.php/R2J/article/view/2116
This systematic review aims to identify the main factors influencing psychological distress in migrant workers. Referring to the PRISMA guidelines and the SPIDER framework, this study analyzed 10 articles that met the criteria from a total of 500 literature sources found through Google Scholar over the past five years. The synthesis results indicate that psychological distress is caused by a complex relationship between work, economic, social, and individual psychological factors. Work factors include long working hours and involvement in precarious work (3D). From an economic perspective, income instability and the stress of remittances are sources of chronic anxiety. Social factors such as discrimination, isolation, and language barriers also exacerbate mental health conditions. Individual characteristics such as low resilience, young age, and low education are strongly correlated with stress vulnerability. This study concludes the need for more comprehensive mental health protection policies for migrant workers at the international level.
Shella Shella, Tulus Winarsunu, Nida Hasanati Copyright (c) 2026 Shella Shella, Tulus Winarsunu, Nida Hasanati https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 https://www.jurnal.ranahresearch.com/index.php/R2J/article/view/2116 Fri, 19 Jun 2026 12:15:36 +0000 Pemetaan Tingkat Kerawanan Banjir Menggunakan Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) di Kota Samarinda https://www.jurnal.ranahresearch.com/index.php/R2J/article/view/2128
Floods are a hydrometeorological disaster that frequently occurs in urban areas, including Samarinda City, which has a low-lying topography and crosses the Mahakam River. This study aims to map the level of flood vulnerability in Samarinda City using a Geographic Information System (GIS). The method used is a quantitative approach with GIS-based spatial analysis through scoring, weighting, and Weighted Overlay techniques. The parameters described include elevation, slope gradient, distance to the river, land use, rainfall, and soil type. The results show that areas with a high level of flood vulnerability reach 59.73% of the total study area, mainly displayed along the banks of the Mahakam River and lowlands with dense organization. The level of moderate vulnerability covers 36.92%, while low vulnerability only 3.35%. The main factors causing vulnerability are high rainfall, gentle slopes, proximity to the river, and the conversion of infiltration land into built-up areas. The resulting vulnerability map can be the basis for strategies for local governments in disaster-aware spatial planning and flood mitigation. This research contributes to the development of disaster GIS studies and increasing the adaptive capacity of the community to flood risks in Samarinda City.
Yenrico Octapian Octapian, Yulian Widya Saputra, Aisyah Trees Sandy, Mei Vita Romadon Ningrum Copyright (c) 2026 Yenrico Octapian Octapian, Yulian Widya Saputra, Aisyah Trees Sandy, Mei Vita Romadon Ningrum https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 https://www.jurnal.ranahresearch.com/index.php/R2J/article/view/2128 Fri, 19 Jun 2026 12:43:00 +0000 Pengaruh Pemberian Berbagai Konsentrasi Ekstrak Daun Sirih (piper bettle l) terhadap Kadar Protein Kasar, Air, Lemak, dan Kadar Abu Telur Itik Asin Rebus https://www.jurnal.ranahresearch.com/index.php/R2J/article/view/2115
One of the common egg preservation methods is salting. The delicious tasting characteristics and abundant availability make eggs popular among most people, but eggs are easily damaged during storage. Research on the effect of giving betel leaf extract on the chemical composition of salted eggs was conducted at the Laboratory of Animal Nutrition and Feed Science, Faculty of Animal Husbandry, University of Mataram, with the aim of determining the level of betel leaf extract that is good for making salted eggs so that the chemical composition is not reduced. The material used was 36 duck eggs obtained from duck farmers in Prapen Praya Village, Central Lombok, with an average egg weight of 68.20 grams with a coefficient of variation = 16.73%. Making salted eggs by giving betel leaf extract (25%, 50% and 75%), but there were some eggs that were not salted with betel leaf extract (Control) for observation of the chemical composition of control eggs. The chemical composition of salted eggs was observed by proximate analysis. The variables observed were water content, crude protein content, crude fat content and ash content. This research is an experimental method using Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) because to compare the amount of 4 treatments (control, 25%, 50%, 75%) the data of water content, protein, fat are ratio data (percentage numbers). Water, protein, and fat content are continuous ratio data (percentage numbers) that meet the requirements of interval/ratio data assumptions for ANOVA. The results of the study were analyzed using statistical analysis using ANOVA analysis showing that the administration of betel leaf extract as much as 25%, 50% and 75% of the egg weight in making salted eggs had no significant effect (P > 0.05) The ash content of boiled salted duck eggs with details in sequence: percentage of water content, crude protein, crude fat and ash for control eggs was 69.63%; 11.84%; 14.17%, 2.11% percentage of water, ash content, crude fat content and crude protein content for the 25% concentration of betel leaf extract was 70.04%; 70.045%, 14.36% and 11.60%. The percentage of water content, ash content, crude fat content, crude protein content with a concentration of 50% is 69.49%; 69.49%; 14.0% and 11.5%. Yet a practical problem remains unsolved: practitioners still lack systematic, evidence-based guidance on which data governance practices reduce the risks that AI deployment brings. The existing literature addresses AI governance frameworks and responsible AI principles, but at a level of generality that offers limited operational value. No previous systematic literature review has assembled an empirically validated catalogue of data governance practices oriented specifically toward AI risk management. This study addresses that gap directly. Drawing on peer-reviewed empirical research published between 2020 and 2026, we followed the Kitchenham and Charters protocol and PRISMA 2020 guidelines, searched six electronic databases, and arrived at a final corpus of 21 high-quality studies. From these, we extracted and classified 96 data governance practices across eight domains: Data Infrastructure and Architecture Governance (D1), Data Lineage, Traceability and Auditability (D2), Data Quality and Integrity Risk Management (D3), Algorithmic Accountability, Explainability and Bias Control (D4), Data Privacy and Security Governance (D5), Regulatory Compliance and Legal Alignment (D6), AI Risk Assessment and Governance Framework (D7), and Organizational and Socio-Technical AI Governance (D8). D1, D7, and D8 together account for 57.3% of all practices. D4 is the thinnest domain, with only 6 practices (6.3%), even as regulatory pressure around explainability intensifies. Three domains, D4, D6, and D7, have no direct counterparts in DAMA-DMBOK, confirming that AI governance introduces requirements that conventional data management frameworks were not designed to handle. The mean quality assessment score across included studies was 5.57 out of 6.0. This catalogue is, to our knowledge, the first of its kind grounded entirely in empirical evidence from real-world organisational settings.
Adib Prima Yadri, Rizal Fathoni Aji Copyright (c) 2026 Adib Prima Yadri, Rizal Fathoni Aji https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 https://www.jurnal.ranahresearch.com/index.php/R2J/article/view/2110 Fri, 19 Jun 2026 15:15:43 +0000 Evaluasi Fenotipe dan Pendugaan Parameter Genetik Beberapa Galur Jagung Pakan (Zea Mays L.) https://www.jurnal.ranahresearch.com/index.php/R2J/article/view/2103
The advancement of plant breeding technology continues to accelerate, with the selection of parental lines becoming a pivotal component of precision breeding. The study is motivated by the need to transform conventional aspiration channels, which were considered less efficient and less accessible, into a more effective and transparent digital system. This research employed a qualitative approach with a descriptive case study design. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews with internal and external informants, documentation, and literature review. The data were analyzed using qualitative techniques, including data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing, supported by source and method triangulation. The findings reveal that the e-Audiensi system has improved the efficiency of administrative processes and expanded public participation by enabling online submission of aspirations. Compared to the conventional system, the mechanism is more structured, documented, and easier to manage. The number of aspirations submitted through e-Audiensi increased significantly in 2025, indicating growing public adaptation to the digital system. In terms of legislative performance, the system enhances accountability through digital documentation and follow-up actions. Responsiveness is also supported through notification features, although response times remain inconsistent. However, transparency is still limited because the system only covers submission, verification, and scheduling stages without providing real-time tracking or publication of hearing outcomes. Overall, the e-Audiensi system contributes positively to efficiency, effectiveness, and accountability, although further development is needed to strengthen transparency, responsiveness, and broader public accessibility.
I Made Panji Ananda Pahlawan, I Nyoman Subanda Copyright (c) 2026 I Made Panji Ananda Pahlawan, I Nyoman Subanda https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 https://www.jurnal.ranahresearch.com/index.php/R2J/article/view/2099 Fri, 19 Jun 2026 16:20:18 +0000 The Relationship Between Work-Family Conflict, Emotional Regulation, and Psychological Well-Being Among Working Mothers at PT X https://www.jurnal.ranahresearch.com/index.php/R2J/article/view/2171
This study was conducted to analyse the relationship between work-family conflict and emotional regulation on psychological well-being among working mothers who serve as the primary breadwinners at PT X. The study employed a quantitative approach using a descriptive correlational method and multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the Pearson Product Moment correlation test for the work-family conflict variable, a correlation coefficient of 0.177 was obtained with a significance value of 0.175 (p > 0.05). These results indicate that no significant relationship was found between work-family conflict and psychological well-being among working mothers acting as female breadwinners at PT X. Meanwhile, emotional regulation showed a positive and significant relationship with psychological well-being, with a significance level of 0.000 (p < 0.05) and a correlation coefficient of 0.996. This finding indicates that the ability to manage and control emotions plays a crucial role in enhancing the psychological well-being of working mothers. The results of the simultaneous test (F-test) also showed that work-family conflict and emotional regulation together have a significant relationship with psychological well-being, with a significance value of 0.000 (p < 0.05) and a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.993. Emotional regulation is therefore the most influential factor in helping working mothers, as female breadwinners, maintain psychological stability amidst the demands of work and family life.
Lina Marliana, Prinskadamara Satri, Ridlwan Muttaqin Copyright (c) 2026 Lina Marliana, Prinskadamara Satri, Ridlwan Muttaqin https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 https://www.jurnal.ranahresearch.com/index.php/R2J/article/view/2171 Sat, 20 Jun 2026 13:39:00 +0000
